THE NALÈ Girl Looks Of The Week – Fashion Week Edition October 28, 2017 – Posted in: Life Stories

“I have always believed that fashion was not only to make women more beautiful, but also to reassure them, give them confidence.” — Yves Saint Laurent

The NALÈ Girl Fashion Week Edition was inspired by the education of fashion. Fashion week is an education for most, from the grand runways to the sophisticated styles and edgy models, it’s much like the beginning of high school where everyone is looking at everyone else and people are calling dibs on the next new face to become the big cool kid on the block.

We’ve put together a few high school inspired looks as we welcome in the long awaited fashion week. We are super excited because this is the first fashion week the brand has experienced since the inception of The Store

We aspire to one day grow to the point of showcasing at the Lagos Fashion and Design Week, I walked as a model for LFDW 2012 and LFDW 2013 so I feel a personal pride in the growth they’ve made and the amazing platform they’ve been able to create for brands, both the upcoming and the established ones. You can see highlights from the past few LFDW years here

I collaborated with such an amazing team to create these looks and it was an absolute success taking my imagination and making it a reality.

We created a super cool fashion film also which is on my Youtube Channel

I’ve been playing around with the idea of opening a youtube which i’ve gone ahead and done, I’ll appreciate it if you subscribe so you can also see me on video and not just read my words 🙂

The NALÈ Girl is bold and unafraid to express herself through what she wears.

What are your favorite looks?
